NEW RELEASE
Nestled in Southeast Asia, approximately 1,000 miles east of Bali, Timor-Leste is a tropical island of verdant mountains and crystal-clear waters. Coffee here is grown entirely organically, using natural fertilisers made from the coffee cherries themselves.
Expect a beautifully balanced coffee with notes of tangerine, warming nutmeg, and a nutty pecan finish. Careful washed processing delivers a cup that is both clean and expressive.
Ripe coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked and sorted to remove any defects before being depulped and washed. Beans are then carefully dried, resulting in a clean-tasting coffee with natural sweetness and complexity.
Routu delivers the smooth, medium body and mild acidity characteristic of Timor-Leste's top coffees.

30g Coffee, 500g Water. Brewed in 02:30 - 03:00.
50g Coffee, 800g Water. Steep for 4 minutes and leave to settle. No plunger needed.
