After being carefully harvested by hand, the coffee cherries are sorted and de-pulped, then washed and laid out to dry in the sun. They are turned regularly to ensure slow, even drying. Washed coffees like this one are known for producing a cleaner, more complex cup.
Nandi is a light-roasted Kenyan washed coffee, crafted to highlight its natural acidity and vibrant brightness.
