We're big on seasonality here at Rounton Coffee, and we wanted to create a blend that showcased the best of what's available from the world's current coffee crops. Two Stories will be a blend that evolves as the seasons change, and we hope that it will spark conversations around how, just like any other fruit, we can expect different crops at different times of the year, each with great tastes to offer.
This first iteration of Two Stories is made up of 70% Guatemala Las Terrazas and 30% El Salvador El Cipres. It has a really rich, complex body, with hints of dried fig and brown sugar, and a vibrant finish reminiscent of cranberry juice.
