El Perezoso is part of a larger production area known as Los Lomas (the hills). These lots come from a few neighbouring hills, including Los Robles, where Falcon has been been sourcing coffee for the last few years. The honey process from Los Lomas is classed as a yellow honey, which translates into a lighter touch than some other honey processes.
 
In the cup, expect a sweetness reminiscent of peaches and nectarines, and a softness like a plump sultana. This coffee is remarkably well balanced, and has a long-lasting creamy finish.
