Free delivery is to UK only and sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. *To qualify for this you must have spent £30 after any discount is applied; offer does not apply to money spent on gift subscriptions.
Here at Rounton we want the coffee to arrive to you as fresh as possible. With that in mind we check and print our orders every morning, at 8am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly. For orders that come in after 8am and before 1pm then we will endeavour to get this order processed and sent the same day. However, this is dependant upon volume of orders on that day, these orders may need to be processed the following working day.
We roast 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8am - 5pm
Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process.
Roasted coffee shipping charges:
Parcels up to 2 kg will be sent via Royal Mail and the price will be calculated during checkout.
Parcels over 2 kg are usually sent via UK Mail. (Contact us if you require confirmation)
Coffee Subscription are sent as Large Letter by Royal Mail 2nd Class service

Coffee Machines and Grinders:
Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order and may not qualify for free delivery.
International postage is calculated at checkout.
For International orders over 2kg or International Subscriptions please contact us directly to obtain a postal quote.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Rounton Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. Rounton Coffee are not responsible for the return postage.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of the goods for this to be processed.
All shipping back to Rounton Coffee is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ?proof of delivery? as Rounton Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
