Free delivery is to UK only and is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. *To qualify for this, you must have spent £15 after any discount is applied; offer does not apply to money spent on gift subscriptions.
Here at Rounton Coffee, we want your coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. We check and print our orders every morning, at 8am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly. Please note the estimated dispatch date when placing your order to see when your coffee is likely to arrive.
We roast 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8am - 4pm
Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate when you order so that we can get your items out to you as quickly as possible.
Roasted coffee shipping charges:
Parcels up to 2 kg will are sent via Royal Mail; the price will be calculated during checkout.
Parcels over 2 kg are sent via DPD Next Day tracked service. Orders under 2kg can also be delivered by DPD, for an extra charge.
Coffee Subscriptions are sent as Large Letter by Royal Mail 2nd Class service

Coffee Machines and Grinders:
Postage and packaging will be quoted at the time of order and may not qualify for free delivery.
International postage is calculated at checkout.
For International orders over 2kg or International Subscriptions please contact us directly to obtain a postal quote.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Rounton Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. Rounton Coffee is not responsible for the return postage.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of the goods for this to be processed.
All shipping back to Rounton Coffee is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a proof of delivery as Rounton Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
